Well garden fence has now left the area

Our power has been on and off a few times so far this morning.
My neighbour has lost several ridge tiles off the roof of his bungalow.
Wheelie bins are all over the place.
No fences down so far, that I can see.
Supposed to be abating a little bit in a couple of hours.

Got up at 7.00, dead calm in Norwich so I cleaned up the garden, took down some hanging baskets and lashed down the roof of my shed. Wind speed is creeping up with max speed expected mid afternoon.

Blimey, that is one serious wind! No issues...yet...fingers crossed, still coming in slightly SSW rather then true Westerley (which would be the worse for us).

Good points about the wind direction above - hopefully that will shelter me somewhat, though maybe not the roof. Be interesting to take a look at the local park on high ground later.
