This race has been a real eye-opener for me. Absolutely fantastic racing with Garzelli taking a second at 2 intermediate sprints and winning the whole thing on count back. That's me wrong again then!
Poor old Cav went down badly a few kms from home - bike failure? - but he looked to have no major injuries although it took him some time to get up off the tarmac.

Apparently is was touch of wheels with someone... he finished last overall and is not really looking good for MSR or anything else right now. Effectively, he's just got to start all over again now.
