Glad you posted this, I was thinking of shivs as the name, knew it was wrong but couldn't think of the correct name, now they would hurt your hands!

5mm as standard, both of my bikes (105 and ultegra respectively) came with a pair of 10mm that I won't be needing

I don't believe I got any spares. Bike will be replaced in January and I have crosslevers so it's not a need
