One of these? My brother recently bought Planet X Holdsworth Cyclone revival cycle second hand. I couldn't believe it when he said that he bought it . I only told him about it as it looked really smart . It is a lovely bike in damson purple and red with chrome lugs . He gets good comments from riders he meets out on the road . He is also too fast on it ! I can hardly keep up with him .
Good morning,
One of these?

You don't have to have skinny tyres you can fit 700x25

Good morning,
The guy that runs a site dedicated to Raleigh SBDU (https://raleigh-sb4059.com/category/raleigh-frame-numbers/ti40-192/) seems to be selling his frame.

As long as you are not expecting a genuine replica, it could be a nice buy. I like mine as I knew what it was when I bought it and I ride it with the expectations that it is a new steel bike with D/T shifters and not a classic.

Mine, not his.

I had a look but at 56cm it's top end size-wise. A 53cm and that would have been different.
£350 seemed a fair price imo in the current market.
Good morning,
The last of the 4 frames have gone from the Graham Weigh/Deeside Olympic ebay page....
But a complete bike is still available brand new at https://www.kenfosterscyclelogic.co.uk/m13b4s6p0/Road-Gravel-Bikes/RALEIGH/Road-Racing reduced to £2k.
Wow, what a disaster from Raleigh's perspective, over two years to shift 250 of something targeted at middle age plus men. many presumably with plenty of disposable income.
There is one for £2,895 on ebay from someone who appears to have bought it to sell on,
Bye
Ian
