That's odd, it had gone midnight in the West Riding by then.23:52 in York, and still not arrived yet.
Sticky and humid as hell here. Can't even start to describe the condition of my undercrackers in case I upset those of a sensitive disposition.
The second most impressive thunderstorm I've ever seen was from the Humber Bridge. But I blame @ColinJ for that one
The most impressive one was on Ben Cruachan I think. I was sat cowering on my rucksack with my knees under my chin on an open hillside and the rocks around me were zinging and tinging and giving off blue sparks. Serious squeaky bum time
