I am having the exact same problem. My hub is starting to have more resistance than it should so I want to try to clean it, but I can't get the hub apart. My cassette tool wont reach the disk brake so I can't take that off. I try spinning the drive side axle that says loosen but it just spins.
Did you ever figure out how to disassemble it? From what I understand, the non drive side axle is supposed to pull off? Is that with or without the disk rotor installed?
