Wire snips. or cable snips. perfect job.. Believe me. just snip the wire holding 2 pieces of the tag together.
Reminds me of the time I went to try on leather jackets in a shop.. all chained up.. I was trying different ones on, one was nice but didn't feel right..pair of snips in the jacket pocket. Someone had previously attempted to liberate it.
