Not only have we had intermittent internet access for the last 9 days, and been totally messed around by various technical support staff, but we've now wasted an entire Saturday morning waiting for your engineer on an appointment where no-one showed up, because as we've just been advised you don't offer weekend appointments despite your staff booking one.
I'm really glad that we're paying you a small fortune for such terrible service.
Fortunately, the slightly more diplomatic Mrs ND rang them...

No you don't have over 200 friends on facebook, they only 'friend' you so that you 'friend' back, which means they have that 1 more 'f' to boast about. It is sad that you do this just to feel good about yourself-the same reason they do it, a feeling of selfworth. Maybe you should take a good long look at your life, try and fix what has gone wrong.

I feel rather sorry for your daughter, ok, I accept that she had hearing problems when she was little but at 11 you have now decided she is dyslexic and on the autism spectrum, is there anything else you want to find wrong with her? Yes, it is called work, it's what we all do, maybe you have a problem with actually being expected to do some. Now you have reponsibility you cannot hide your lazyness.
My wife has one of these going on in her class at the moment, and the professionals are starting to think that the mother might have Munchausen's Syndrome by Proxy.
