Hmm ... Downfalls.... Which ones do I pick....

Snacking when in the house whether it is chocolate or cake etc (why don't I snack on fruit?)
Addiction to browsing the internet rather than getting up and doing things.
The need to find something on TV to watch rather than only watching the things worth watching.

+1, I went to my favourite local motorcycle dealer yesterday hoping to pick up a new helmet in their January sale. Unfortunately I never found a helmet I liked but did buy a new Yamaha MT-09.

Haven't told the wife yet, I've got an awful feeling she may feel the new kitchen she was hoping for this year was more of a priority.

Most plastic bottle tops are imprinted with a 1 or a 2 which signify it should be disposed of in my recycling bin, any other numbers and it should go in the landfill bin. Sometimes I just can't be bothered looking out my magnifying glass to read the number and just punt the lid into the nearest bin.
Sorry to all the dedicated greenies out there:sad:
I have such a problem with biscuits I bought a safe to keep them in, only the wife has the combination and she doles them out in limited quantities when we have a coffee - otherwise I would just eat them all.

I kid you not, we have a safe that only contains biscuits, if we ever get burgled the robbers will find a safe in a cupboard in the kitchen that hasn't been screwed done - I have this visio of them struggling home with the heavy lump of metal, cutting it open and standing there in utter disappointment ^_^

i will see if i can get a pic
And you keep a stash of money in the biscuit tin?

Finishing leftovers. I'll happily polish off whatever the kids have left only an hour or so prior to having our evening meal.

Actually, perhaps I should change my sin to 'cooking too much food for the kids', but then it never gets wasted. Oh no, hold on, that's the problem I started with! :banghead:

You need either chickens, a dog or more plastic tupperware to store leftovers in!

I always end up eating something before dinner - we have it quite late so I have cheese on a biscuit. OH eats his cheese after dinner but I'm always full by then!

I have all sorts of bad habits. Ultimately, for someone who cares a lot about cycling performance, my lifestyle and dietary choices are shocking. It is just through luck that I don't pack the weight on really. I often wonder how much my performance (and general wellbeing) would benefit from improved diet and more regular sleep but I never do anything about it.

A few of my habits:
I too have a thing for biscuits and will easily eat a whole pack while waiting for dinner to cook!
I do not eat vegetables or fruit
I sleep very late and then struggle to wake up the next day.
