So we have a booze quitting thread on here which a good few of us have joined, I presume because we realise in excess it is bad for you. The same goes for the smoking thread.
But is there anything you do on a regular basis, that you know is 'wrong' but you have trouble giving up?
I will start. I do and always have liked crisps. Sometimes I can get through upto 8 packs a night stuck in front of the tv. Found it easier to give up booze and fags rather than these tasty little bvggers. It doesn't help that a couple of years ago I got a job with Britains biggest crisp manufacturer, which results in me having to taste them on an hourly basis as part of quality control, and having acces to a staff shop at a hugely discounted price!
So go on then, admit your vices you can't go without

I am sooooooooooooooooooooo jealous. I love crisps.

My worst thing though is probably slumping in front of the telly. I'm a major slumper in between bouts of energetic activity.

BroughtonBlue being a Leeds fan hasn't been good for me recently  But I stopped smoking last year but still enjoy a cooked breakfast but only get it once per week. I drink a shed load of coffee and I'm sure folks will tell me thats not good. I enjoy a drink and can do a couple of large glasses of red wine each night, or a couple of bottles of beer and I've been known to actually have a lot more on a weekend.

I must stop shouting "WEEEEEEEEDDDDD" in a flowerpot man voice or singing "Wacky Backy" to the the tune of Wooly Bully by Sam the Sham and The Pharaohs when smelling "Exotic" tobacco from a passing car, bike (ridden by a P.O.B) or ped.......

Before anyone says why is linked to fitness and health? Because one day someone is going to kick the living s*** out of me for trying to be funny......

(p.s I do genuinely do the above and must stop!)

Yeah, sorry about that, a real smash and grab performance, how you didn't score in that first half is amazing.

Biccies, I'm a sucker for biscuits. Can't get enough of 'em. Me and the Mrs go through a packet a night easy.
