So we have a booze quitting thread on here which a good few of us have joined, I presume because we realise in excess it is bad for you. The same goes for the smoking thread.
But is there anything you do on a regular basis, that you know is 'wrong' but you have trouble giving up?
I will start. I do and always have liked crisps. Sometimes I can get through upto 8 packs a night stuck in front of the tv. Found it easier to give up booze and fags rather than these tasty little bvggers. It doesn't help that a couple of years ago I got a job with Britains biggest crisp manufacturer, which results in me having to taste them on an hourly basis as part of quality control, and having acces to a staff shop at a hugely discounted price!
So go on then, admit your vices you can't go without

But I stopped smoking last year but still enjoy a cooked breakfast but only get it once per week. I drink a shed load of coffee and I'm sure folks will tell me thats not good. I enjoy a drink and can do a couple of large glasses of red wine each night, or a couple of bottles of beer and I've been known to actually have a lot more on a weekend.
