Milk cartons where you have to cut the top open with scissors. I was given some during lockdown and they are a nightmare. No matter how careful you are they spout out all over the place when first opened.

Yes. But you have a choice to enter a gym.
same with a pub. people can take their own risks and avoid these places very easily.

Shops are universal to all so more precautions are needed. Public transport is another place where masks are needed.
