in construction , one of the behavioural safety things that works is being personal by calling each other by first name. so much so we stick names on helmets and encourage it from induction all the way through to project close.

The BBC website, which when reporting a story quite often includes tweets from associated individuals. The problem is that they will quote the tweet, which you read, and will then have the actual tweet, so you start reading the same thing all over again!! It drives me crazy!, One thing or the other BBC, one thing of the other!
