How does that work ?

Air bags are activated by the seat belts or if something hit a parked car they would deploy.

It's a total write off. Got courtesy car hounding I 10 this morning probably have it a couple of days .once garage notify my insurance it's a total loss then it has to hold back View attachment 485937 View attachment 485938

That is one of the issues of today's cars, they are too safe, somebody suggested removing the airbags & having a spike, that would slow people down.

Google the drunk mum that flipped her Qashqai - there is a you tube somewhere - I only knew it was a squashy, because I saw the underside plastic panels, then saw the car. Everyone got out fine. The driver was piddled, and hit a roundabout at full speed, the car launched and flipped over.
