I was chatting to a friend of mine today who said he'd been to the 31st birthday bash recently where the mother of the bloke whose birthday it was"suprised" the partygoers by doing a stripogram........ She managed to get down to her bra and knickers ........................

I get your point but the context is very different - yours is about celebrating the body and loving the shape of who you are- a strip tease is sexualised and unfortunately kids don't really want to see their parent in that light but not denying that they are sexual beings (otherwise how in gods name were they conceived?)- all a bit too oedipal, I still think it's inappropriate, not nudity as it's a good thing to be comfortable etc but a striptease?!!

you're right, of course, but I just cherish the thought of the youth of today being scandalised. Although I'm afraid the most I can manage by way of scandalising is to make them hand over their little numbers and give them a lesson on inhaling.....
