I was walking out the door to take my dog for a walk and went to put my keys in my rear pocket, only to realise that all clothes do not have rear pockets and wellingtons can't be clipped in...

Who the hell designed t-shirts to be without those practical rear pockets? And why are not all shoes compatible with clipless pedals. Has the world gone mad? :heat:

I put a long sleeved top with a collar on the other day to cycle as I had a bit of sunburn on neck and arms and went to put stuff in the non existent back pocket ^_^

i have a feeling that Prendas do a line of leisure shirts with a buttoned pocket at the back.If that is the case then you can be sure that a decade or so will pass before the likes of M&S ever catch on.

I've been off for 3 weeks and have been cycling to and from the beach each morning. I decided to give the tourer 3 weeks of attention instead of the road bike and just cannot get used to not being connected to my pedals and being able to pull one up when stationary at a junction.

Bizzare when you think i have been riding more years without cleats than i have with them.

only been riding clipless for half a year or so now i should think and hopped on my brothers bike to go round the corner to work and as i was running late i had no time for clipless shoes, i really struggled starting off and stopping on flat pedals  i tried clipping in and it must have looked very strange!

I was sat having a break from my ride when I got approached by a lady in her 60's and she asked me where I got my jersey from as she was amazed by the back pockets! She then went on to tell me she was going on holiday and was going to spend a day walking through a rain forest and she thought a cycling jersey would be ideal as she could put everything in the pockets and leave her bag behind. She then asked if she could touch it  to see how thin and breathable it was!

The above sounds like one of those "you know you're a cyclist when..."
