My secateurs - whoops!

Was cleaning patio and emptied various items from the boys outside 'shoe/toy' bin - gardening gloves, goalkeeping gloves, flip flops, etc. Shoved it all in washing machine as it was very yukky (they never put lid on properly), when I emptied machine there were the secateurs - lucky it didn't break the machine. Presumably if I had been inside I would have realised the loud clanging noise wasn't right but the jet spray clearly blocked out all the warning signs! One of the gardening gloves came out a bit chopped up!

I was in the garden jet spraying the patio no one else home. Expect the neighbours heard it though!

My passport - the cover came partly off.
Various watches - RIP, or in one case, peices.
A bike computer. Worked nicely afterward, and was very clean.

The cat!

Well the dryer actually and it got in by itself. Only did a couple of revolutions before being rescued with no harm done. Have to check now before shutting the door as the stupid animal didn't learn and still will go in it.

I am 'reliably' informed that I have had a screw or two in the washing machine. Along with Allen keys, £5 note - in £2.50 pieces, a cleat, tissues - the usual suspects...
...one time I put a load of spaghetti and tomatoes in there on purpose...made a right Miele of it!

my ferrets!!! :becool: i shoved 'em in there when i had to get in my kitchen cupboard one day. (note to would be ferret owners: show ferrets what is behind any door and they will always remember and wreak havoc in future! therefore, lock em up in the washing machine whenever you need to go somewhere they are yet to discover)

Obviously i didn't turn it on! and they were only in there for a few seconds! they happily played in there using it like a hamster wheel.
