The weather's about to turn ***t, so I'm upgrading my Boardman Road bike a bit

I've ordered the Ceramic PF30, and the 68mm adaptor. Now I've got to try and locate the cup press / extractor, which is buried in my toolbox of doom somewhere. I think I'll keep the existing chainset for now, and fit the adaptor and Ultegra chainset at a later date.
