The Wall

Just listened to The Wall while doing the ironing. I had quite forgotten how good it is; not just the 'commercial' tracks but all of it. The half bottle of Merlot probably helped my appreciation of it (although it did nothing for the ironing )

I really should listen to it again, maybe on a decent car journey. I saw the live concert waaaay back when it was released, fantastic stuff. Certainly my fave band.
Gilmour seems to be becoming something of a National treasure too.

It's a stunning album. I find it awfully dark but technically it's brilliant. A record everyone should have.
