Are you American, because you don't seem familiar with a British sense of humour!
Not American, but a little " tired and emotional" ! Anyhoo there was two Scots in the final, Murray ...and Jock Ovitch.

I know it's a crap joke but best I can manage.

Yes, it was a big day for English Scottish British tennis! I was watching the Tour de France yesterday otherwise I would have been watching the match myself.

Enough already BBC (and other media outlets)...

So some whiney Scottish guy won some racquet and ball game... Hardly earth shattering news.

It's not as if he's perfected cold fusion or anything of value.
Enough already, well, you keep banging on like the forum know-all on any topic, so I'm interested to hear whether you've perfected cold fusion yet?

Think this topic of Britain and Bonnie Scotland winning Wimbledon yesterday should be moved to debates as it would appear some people struggle with realising what nationality they are!

Clue is in Uk c.....n

My two experiences of football hooligans were on a flight to Verona in 1990 from Luton Airport during World Cup.
We were the only two Scots on the flight and the only two in casual dress, every male was suited and booted!
Fortunately we were the only two allowed into Italy due to the carnage they caused on the flight, they were all ordered to return home.
Second episode was in Blackpool..think it was Chelsea fans..either way they ran riot in the town shoving and beating everyone out of their way.

Sorry me being a mere female and not remembering England's result in Italy in 1990 and how many were arrested prior to and after game
