Obviously nothing wrong with her eyesight if she can see something that small. 😂😂😀😀

Maybe the heating has broken, it can still be quite chilly in the mornings.

The cloud finally lifted and the sun broke through around 3 so I got another walk done. That’s around 10 miles for the day.

I was speaking to a lady I know whose son cycles. He was cycling out in Fuerteventura and had a bad accident. She said he told her the wind caught him and his wheel dropped into a gulley and flipped him over. He was unconscious for about 30 minutes and has quite a few injuries and is still in hospital. I’ve seen him bombing around here and always thought it was only a matter of time before he came a cropper. Maybe it’ll make him more cautious in the future.

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.

Same with me. I will never have another cat or dog.

I like hot dogs
I grew up with dogs as a child, but never had a dog as my own.
I nearly did it was a black long haired German Shepherd owned by the police, but he was car sick all the time and on the Friday night they were told to get rid of it, a friend of my sisters is a dog handler for the police, he couldn't have him and my sister was going away, so she asked me if I could have him for the weekend, I said yes.
He was lovely and at the time I lived in a manor house that had been turned into flats and the grounds were 26 acres so plenty of room for him and I to play. We got on like a house on fire and he followed me every where I went. On the Sunday evening got a phone call to say that the police had found someone who would take the dog, and on the Monday he was gone.

You weren't given the chance to say "No"?

Sad!
I used to have a German Shepard
I sort of rescused her from a friend who couldn;t look after so she was stuck in the garden alone all day and all night
hardly ever got a walk or anything

She was fine with me but she preferred being in the garden than the house - but that did mean I could leave her in the garden all day when I was at work and she was quite happy (she did have the whole garage for shelter and all that)

Unless it was actually pouring down she never really wanted to come inside

We went on a lot of walks - normally 2 a day and long ones at weekends

BUT THE HAIR!!!!

Yea Gods the hair
I left hoovering once for 2 days when she was moulting and I couldn;t even SEE the carpet!!

anyway - still miss her
total idiot though
