Morning all :hello:

Off to the Kildare Lodge Beer Festival in Minehead later on today.
Will go in on the steam train and stop overnight at our mates place.
Should be a good evening.

Apparently, it improves Dave 7s flexibility.

Indeed it does.
I was watching the cat lick it's bum and thought "I wish I could do that" . So yesterday was the day I tried it.
The cat seemed to enjoy it but I won't be doing it again.

It's the soon-to-be-daughter-in-law's 40th today so we will be going down there at some point

She was supposed to be letting us know when would be convenient but we have heard naff all so far!

I am presuming that once The Wedding happens (in a few weeks) then she will calm down a bit

we are having the kids tomorrow so the two of them can go out somewhere or something so I have some shopping to do first as there are certain things the sort of expect here -

Just heard from daughter in Leeds that she has got a couple of tickets for the Man City vs Bournemouth game in May. Grandson was born and raised in Leeds but a few years ago decided that he wanted to be a Cherries supporter. The last two Christmas's he's had the team kit ( he requested that it be minus the sponsors logo, as it was one of the gambling companies 😎 ). It will be the final game of the season and his first ever time attending a Premier league game. That will be a marked change from me taking him to watch Wimborne Town ( up the 'pies ⚽️ ) and certainly cost a lot more than the £10 I usually pay ( £6 for grandad, £2 for grandson, £2 for the matchday programme )
He's really excited, they will be with the away supporters and a few of my friends will be heading up for the game and will take him under their wings.
