The ones you left here that I have been using as my king-size bed spread are in need of a wash.......god knows when/if ever they were last washed. I am thinking of the environment.

I realy shouldn;t
but several years ago I responded on a different forum to a question about trans people and them using the bathroom
my comment was on the basis of how teh restaurant manager is supposed to tell if the person is female or male - it was a very reasonable response
anyway - I have had a reply from one of the "casterate and hang all the perverts" type of person
a reply to MY comment that is - not the original question
I have asked him (gotta be a him) to make it clear what he think the manager should do as the person dressed and acted and looked female
I am sure it will get him foaming at the mouth again

It could be worse, we had that happen a couple of days ago. The thing is we hadn’t fed the cat ……. as it’s not our cat. 😂😂

RIght - just sat down with a cuppa and heaved a BIG sigh of relief
kids have now been returned to parents
the 8 year old (autistic and "other" problem) was pleased when I pointed that his little brother had been REALLY shouted at twice over the last day - but he was never even told off
He doesn;t get much positive stuff so I think it was important to him!!
AND I have had a long chat to the doctor
to be fair to the kids we told them to keep VERY quiet while I was on the phone and the 2 of them were little darlings
The youg one did come through to see what we were doing but he was trying to be quiet - in that way that 4 year old do which makes more noise than normal
but anyway - she answered all my questions and seems like I am doing OK and my worries were not something to worry about
she managed to find my recent Coeliac test results - which I could not see online
My test was at 8.8 - the cutoff being 6.9 so I am still positive
which was worrying - until she laughed and told me that my previous test was at 128
so the diet has been working well
and my worries about memory and stuff is not a big problem - certainly not something that needs referring back to the hospital anyway
I think that has been weighing on my mind quite a lot because I felt very relieved when she said it!
so - all is good
