Good morning, curtains still closed so I don't know what the day is doing. Like Mo, I have overindulged and need to get back on track, half marathon in March 😮
Had a nice walk around the neighbourhood yesterday and walked past the local shops, only the Pizza place was open, and a beauty treatment place has moved across the road and the vacated premises are going to be ( yet another) nail bar). It's about time I had another wander around and count of shops, we still have two butchers, two funeral parlours and two small independent bakers, but the balance of other shops has changed. Right, that's today's project sorted 😁

6.2 mile walk done and nipped into the Co-op on the way home. Stocked up on blueberries for my porridge and some nice Pink Lady apples, baking potatoes and carrots. Sounds a bit healthier than the chips, pizza, crisps and chocolate biscuits I have been eating the last 3 days. That’s it over though. I just can’t regulate sugary or ultra processed foods without bingeing so back to doing without.

Good morning. Dank and misty. #2 son needs to return to his house. Other than that no plans. I'm hoping for a ride in the morning so must check the Kinesis over today. Charge lights etc. it's that long since I went out I'm not sure what is and isn't charged.

Which reminds me - I should check the charge level on the electronic gearing. This could keep me happily occupied cross and frustrated for the day.

First I must stretch and exercise.

That what we call Y front weather.

After two days of people here and us visiting elsewhere I'm hoping for a few Q days.

We are also a bit wiped out with it, I cleaned both cars and my motorcycle yesterday just to get out of the house, I’ll be glad when we are back to normal. One family visit to go tomorrow in Northampton and we are done! Then off to Devon for a weeks holiday.
