Morning all, I may get done some of the things I was going to do yesterday and run out of time on, if I can remember what they were.
This is an issue I recognise. Forgetting. A question often heard in my house
Mrs P "Is it on your list?"
Me "Yes"
Mrs P "Which list?"
Me "Today's list"
I need lists. It's a coping strategy. I have three key lists in my life
Mental list. These are things I'm thinking about putting on a list if or when I remember.
Today's list. Is the list of things I have to do today. This may include things from my mental list.
Shopping list. Dare not visit a supermarket without one.
Lists do create a problem. Running the admin for a good thorough list is time consuming. One can easily run out of time to do things because the admin takes a lot of effort 👌
