On one of my 30 mile Cheshire rides it takes me over a motorway (think its the M6) and several times I have seen 3 guys sat on chairs, with flasks, binoculars and note books.It's a lovely day, get out on the bike for a bit, go for a walk, watch all the other lemmings struggling to get somewhere in the heavy traffic and laugh at them.

Answer was.... lorry/wagon spotting .
They travel all over taking notes of all the ones they see.
