You can go and milk a cow in the field for nowt. Just warm your hands before starting.The fact that we can buy 2.27 litres/4 pints of milk at Lidl/Aldi/etc for just over £1 is a bit of a clue!
My daily budget for food, drink, household goods and treats is £5 and on average I don't quite spend all of it.
