He doesn't seem to have any photos of my part of the coastline. Probably had his camera nicked as he came through Blyth!

There are a few Northumberland photos but hidden away in special collections. But looks like Bamburgh castle or Newcastle with nowt between.

Unless something's changed recently I don't even think St Paul's Cathedral is on the coast

Great idea - photos look a lot better than mine would be.

J haven't a clue at what point rivers become coastal, but the part past St Paul's is definitely tidal.
