Just been for a very quick spin round the block. It's nice and smooth. Disc brakes stop well, though rear one squeals a little.

Thats great, most people seem to say the bb7 get better once bedded in.

Im really liking it, seems to be a great do it all, in all weathers bike.

Yup, the photo's don't do the paint job justice either. It's a really nice classic green.

Are you going to swap out the tyres for the commute? I had Ultra Sports on my Boardman and recall getting 2 or 3 punctures in one week.

I'm betting Spesh Armadillo Elites will be going on?

Mmm - tasty bike. Disk brakes are on my list for a replacement commuter.

and even more say they get really good once you bin the oem cable housings and fit something really compressionless and pay attention to the install instructions.

2 rear Cateye's fitted
Trip computer fitted
Tyres changed for Armadillos.

We are ready to rock 'n' roll on it's maiden commute tomorrow folks.
