I don't know what all the fuss is about. The Royal Family is said to cost us all about 50p each per year, and a £50,000 ransom would only be a penny extra each. Surely all the fans of the royals wouldn't begrudge their idols an extra 1p this year to overcome this little difficulty. Pay the ransom, charge us the 1p each and stop boring us to death with non-stories about nobodies.
