No the other one was on the line I hasten to add i didn’t hangout the washing Mrs P did.I will ask her to take more care in the future.as her error is affecting my credibility 😇😇😇

I still have most of mine, but there is definitely a hole in the bag they're in.

Better than in the heel of the socks.Wonder if you can still get those mushroom shaped gizmo things that my mother used to tension the sock while she darned it.Had to make do and mend back in the day.

None of mine ever turn up again... I currently have a pile of (I'm not exaggerating) around 20 odd socks. I keep the pile, because I think some day at least one of the others will come home, but they never do. The pile just gets bigger.

I know were they are .My daughter bought me a pack of odd cycling socks.Not dared to wear them.But at least you now know ware they have gone to.🧦🧦🧦🧦

I found a missing sock today! It was attached to the velcro on a pocket of a pair of shorts that I just washed ready for the summer. I evidently last wore the shorts in mid-summer last year. It belonged to my nephew who stayed with me for a few days. Unfortunately, the other sock is back home with him in Canada. So we're both now missing the other sock.
