I always liked the simple elegance of the Mixte frame and this looks a lovely bike. A curved fork would have been nice, but hey, it's a start.
I hope they make a drop bar version soon ....

The Hob has been around a couple of years I think, I like it, and also like the Kona Roundabout which IMO has more elegant frame detailing. Would love a drop bar version for commuting etc:

The only Mixteys (sic) that I see around are old beaters these days, I thought they'd dissapeared for good until I saw an advert for the Hob. The Kona's even sweeter and a drop bar version would be ace ... I'd consider a sex change to have one ....

I like them and have just bought an old beaten up one myself for casual riding - didn't realise that you could buy new.

Mixtes are good. Let a rather nice one go in '92 or so and I still regret it, especially since I now have a source for alloy 26 by 1 1/4 rims.
