He wants to be careful with that chin strap, the next headline might be, 'hawk flies off with OAP.'

He could get strangled by the chin strap if he was playing on the climbin frame at. the play park... oh, sorry, wrong thread

Availing yourself of the merry window's favours eh?

Next thing you know you'll be popping round for afternoon tea you old dirty dog. 😂

I bet you'd love the merry widow to pick up your "parcel", eh?
I've just asked her if she could take my due tomorrow latest hat (grey fedora from Hilditch & Key) from the couriers, as I'll be out for a good few hours, like I am almost every day of the year. She said she gladly would do, asking how many hats I have and how many do I buy a year. I told her I must have about 20 fedoras, plus other types of hats as well, probably buying about 4 or 5 a year. She seemed impressed but slightly confused pointing out that we're only into the third month of the year and I've already bought three!🧐

I rather like that but would feel a bit sef-conscious wearing it. I suspect Mrs PP would have a similar view to your good lady

A bit drab , but looks well cut, personally I'd like it in dark navy blue with gold braid here and there , worn with a naval cutlass,.... But some killjoys will likely take afront to the cutlery, plus a nice peaked dress service cap!

Now there's a thought; best paired with a tricorn hat I think
