Know nothing about them but after looking online if the badge and black cross medal are real might be worth it? But theres no way i would pay £500 for an old jacket?
You are not paying for it as "an old jacket", you are paying for it as memorabilia, as an antique.

And it's not as if you could even wear it anywhere.
When I bought my current bike, I actually inflated the cost to my wife by £300, so that I could also buy a Wahoo bike computer at the same time The bike was actually £2100, I told her £2400.
The Leipzig was a German battle cruiser.
