Yes, I've ridden Rosedale on a Polaris event. It's horrible, even on an MTB with a 24 -32.

Fitness wise i am a machine, during my bupa assessment they confirmed this as well as saying my lung capacity was one of the biggest they had seen. I need harder routes, ive been riding on the fast lane of the motorway lately but that is not cutting it. I need the biggest hills and when i conquer them i am going to stand at the top naked like a zulu warrior. So where are these hills? Once a week i will drive to them however far and leave my mark.

Why drive there, if your "a machine".

You seem to talk a lot of it, so read up on how to get rid of it.

As for lung capacity:- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lung_volumes

I usually cycle with 40kg jacket anyway not sure about the fridge but the puncture is a good idea, i may let a load of air out of my tyres. Im going to Scotland this weekend not sure exactly where yet but the Scottish tarmac is not going to know what hit it.

Are you expecting to fall off? Well, I suppose it's quite likely on flat tyres. I do hope you won't suffer a serious injury:ohmy:

Next time I go home, I'll send you a PM and you can bring your bike.

The gravity on my planet is just over five times it is here.

There are some GIANT mountains, about three times as high as your highest Everest.

You will need some breathing apparatus because the atmosphere is only 15% Oxygen in a Nitrogen / Helium balance.

Its great for training, and when you're back, you will be able to get up any hill in Scotland twice as fast as anyone else.
Trouble is, the veins in the back of your legs will look like the roadmap of Switzerland.

This is why I speak in a very deep voice here on Earth, cus my vocals are evolved to handle the Helium.
