Ironically the Helmet was obscuring his vision , I don't think his head impacted either .

Don't worry about the fact that the cyclist was riding at speed with no forward planning, unaware of his surroundings or paying any attention to his immediate environment

Don't worry that this clollision could easily have been avoided

Nope... he was wearing a helmet, so all the above is fine, and there is no need to cycle safely or prevent accidents because the helmet will protect you.
