Damn this Hendrix track wont leave me a lone  i posted it on the music thread recently and ever since its been with me...
It is one of my fave's and love how it intricately weaves to crescendo but its getting a bit much....will have to think of another ear worm so they can duke it out in my brain and maybe cancel each other out!

I kept getting Fleedwood Mac's The Chain stuck in my head all last week... not the good bit they used for the motor racing theme, the sh!t bit with the singing. God i hate that song :cursing:

Making fun of some bar-room songs/'boy meets girl', but a good song in its own right (& fun!)

I'm playing this almost everyday at the moment
Yes... it is the tune to 'Drift Away' by Dobie Gray
(although Narvel Felts did a good version too!)

It's a good visual story too
The bullied kid, is picked up by the same girl that he, & the bully both fancy, which is a far better ending!

The above seems to be alternating with this ditty

I think this appeared in a side bar, as a suggestion/'you might like', on YouTube
It's funny!

Look out for the re-assembling sandwich, the reporters toupee, & the stapler...
Oh, & there's a '78 Firebird in there too!

"Grab A 6-Park, & A Lawn-Chair, There's A Tornado Comin!"
(as he chains himself to a tree!)

Yes, it's the Red Solo Cup guy, from about 6 posts above

Toby Keith, above, seems to have recorded a few oddities
He did state that Red Solo Cup was one of the most stupid lyrics he'd read, but thought it would be fun to record
Wonder if Trailerhood, directly above, made him think the same??

I was reviewing this thread, to see what people had added

I had another look at Wagon Wheel
1.
The girl taking the money at the adjacent booth is Gillian Welch ('Car Wheels On A Gravel Road' as one song example)
2. The harmonising at about 00:50, is pure bluegrass/gospel!
3. The blonde 'beehive' girl, reminds me of the 'Martian Princess' from (Tim Burtons) 'Mars Attacks'
4. The dark-haired/tattooed girl reminds me of someone at work, but work-girl has far more tattoos! (including ‘full sleeves’)
