And fair play to John Torode. I didn't know he cycled. Turned up to the studio on his bike (fixie) covered in sweat and talked a lot of sense about cycling and cyclists in London.

To be fair I would like Torode even if he hated cycling and cyclists. A modern classic of a bloke.

The 30 second test of leg speed has little point other than to bring the guests together at the end.

That's the best bit !! .............only because I got in the camera shot big time during episode 2.

When they interview him after Ride London I should be in shot walking past behind him. Normally I wouldn't do anything like that, but as I'd just finished I thought what the heck. I don't do anything daft, but don't ignore the camera. Of course. It may be cut.

Ah looks like I'm in the minority who preferred Graham Little as a presenter, still a good show tho.

Shame the L'eroica Britannia coverage seemed to be more about the stalls & gin than the lovely vintage bikes people had bought with them.

The climb of the week & sprint challenge are great.
