I used this place for the second time today. If you need to get into Stockton for any weird reason then I can heartily recommend using them to park your bike.
They have many racks and lockers, and shower facilities. You have to join as a member so take some ID, but it is free to join and free to use.
The place is secure, all bikes/users have to be buzzed in and out of the building, which is in a central location. Definately better than the stands on the street
