Finishing off a additional night shift - (I normally work days - and did work yesterday too). Not the best Friday night ever. But 12 hours @ Treble time will ease the pain come payday.....

Been up since 3am after going to bed at 11. Noisy rain outside but windows open due to the heat. Sun is just coming up so it's very still and quiet now. Birds have just started to sing

I've had a full week of no decent sleep now, seems my brain can't switch off anymore on a night.

Been up since 2.30am.

I'll probably have mooch about on the Internet for a couple of hours now and try again.

I did think it may have been booze related in the past but I haven't had a drink for over a week now.

It's getting mildly irritating..

Alarm went off at 03:40, quick coffee & toast before 20 kms cycle to work.
