So, checking my work diary, I realise I have a meeting set for one of my days off this week.
Easy, I'll move my days off (from Thursday and Friday) to Friday and Saturday... Nope, my 'next in charge' has the Saturday off. Well it looks like I will split my days and take the only other option which is Monday (today). HOLD ON A SECOND.. CHECK THAT WEATHER! Talk about a result.. I can see a nice long ride coming.
5am this morning, I am woken by the sound of my 7 year old daughter throwing up.
So, here I am sat looking out of my patio doors at what could have been.
Aah well.
