That'll do me! How do I shift him to the left?

Do a right-click on the dancing mono-coloured spidy and chose Save image as ... - and save it to your desktop, or a folder on your hard drive. (I'm assume you use IE - if not, consult your browser help docs.)

Then, click here to edit your profile avatar.

Scroll down, click on Use Custom Avatar, then click the Browse ... button.

Select the spidy file you saved earlier and the click Save Changes.

That should pretty much do it.

Well, here's my attempt to downsize spiderman for you. Had to crop the image and ditch three-quarters of the frames (so it's rather jerky, sorry!) but I've got it within 15K.

Note: if you want to use this, right-click and SAVE AS to your local drive, then upload it. Don't link your avatar direct to ImageShack, I can't guarantee it'll always be there!

Lack of space makes the speech bubble unusable, it looks far too cramped.
