ASO have confirmed the wildcard entries for this years tour de France.

So they have - but why the headline about Team Sky? Surely the big news is that they've excluded all the Belgian teams who had hoped to be racing in favour of the anglo ones... which may indicate where the wind is blowing in cycling...
