Looonnng time no see text. Finally have V-bike up and running at new abode in the woods of New Hampshire. Been trying to get a wee bit of form back to join you all, but all in for January after getting pounded riding the Deceuninck Quick-Step Special Christmas Challenge. It's the mental 1st minute that you need to be prepared for. Maybe 1 race for a laugh we have a neutral start for 1km so nobody is left behind then go,go,go.

Warmup at 6 PM UK for a round-trip ride along the coast line east of Malaga. For some reason the gradients of the return ride is very different from the ones riding out - would have thought they would have been the same, just in reverse? 🧐

I noticed. Probably a very poor recording device. Bkool should use Google Earth topo information to calculate the gradients.

For some reason I had to tick only during warm up to find the session. May help others.
