Rpm’s as high as I could the whole way but only a gain of 20 seconds.
Anybody doing it at 5?

No, the last few km on giro stage 3 are Killin me

This month's climbing route tonight! :heat: Get your lightweight gear ready to conquer Coll de Lilla! :boxing:

It is one long drag uphill the first 8.9 km, then about 6 km of downhill/flat before we finish with a 1 km (comfortable) climb...
Estimated ride duration is 40-45 minutes.

Warm up starts at 6 PM UK.

Or for me 1 hour 45.
One of those days I'm happy I have to go to work.

Gonna be hard to stay together and draft on an uphill. Should be fun!

I'm not Keith - so don't expect any long climbs at 10%+ where the lightweights can win by 10 minutes. :smile: 2-3 minutes is OK and within range on a downhill+a flat stage, at least if we can drop the lightweights from the draft/group. :laugh:
I was at 90+ rpm downhill and barely above 200w
