Spare a thought for me. I don't even have a to help me out.

The NC times are set for the slowest members of the team and I'm hoping they will catch at least some of you, last week they only got past two!

It's very hit and miss, give it a go, even if the NC team get motoring and crush you all, there should still be plenty of people left to chase!

If I can make a suggestion for tonight in case we do catch anyone on the road. If you guys want to draft us then can you try and stay near the back or ideally behind the last man in the group. Just because we’ll be trying to practice our form and it will be a little counter productive if you try and take a turn etc.
