My trainers still not changing resistance. I've contacted bkool through their contact page. Anyone got a better way of talking to them? It's still in warranty so hopefully it gets sorted one way or the other...
Best way to get their attention is to start doing the uphill SC stages in silly fast times. They will see it is a pro and will have to act/do something otherwise they will look even sillier than they do already with stage times...

Perhaps you have lost your powers to the dark side and that is why you are getting no resistance because you need to generate power first.

That all said I would remove BSim from your PT clean the Registry and reload BSim from the BKool website.
Turn it all on again a check for the green lights on both the adaptor and the back of the unit then press the reset button and listen for movement.
Push it a few times, it should move every time.
Don't forget to check your turbo is connected to BSim as well.

Thanks AAAC but I've tried all that already unfortunately mate. Green light on constant, trainer connected to bsim etc. No problem with connection, It shows in paired devices. Then in warmup it gos straight to countdown when I stop peddling. I have resistance but it doesn't change with the gradient changes.

Ps, I've never been over to the dark side that is zwift, but I'm closer now than I was 48 hours ago!

I did SC11 followed by CG3 and apart from a dead stop on CG3 which lost me 28 seconds against a chap who joined the ride (I was 2 secs up going into the 12%, and 26 seconds behind 1 second into the hill!!!) I had no problems at all. Resistance seemed fine both up and down hill. Must be your trainer Tommy.

That just gave me so much more confidence in my health.
I found my HRM Band eventually upstairs in one of the spare rooms.
When I was warming up my HR was no shifting but by the end of that ride it was a healthy 166 BPM
By the time I looked up after backing off and crossing the line it was down to 150 in less than 30 seconds.
Well chuffed.
Well if there's anything wrong with your health I'd like to have the same problem. I really need to spend more time on the turbo but not at flat out speeds. Problem with me is I'm too lazy. On a good day I can get my HR well into the 170's but often 165 seems to be my limit.

Although its not comparable because the last SC Stage was 42 km but I was feeling drained by km 11.
Today I just sparked again.
I was going to take it easy and just stay with @Brusgaard but you incited me to do more.
I kept looking back for Bridgy but he was having some trouble with his Tech

Take the covers off and have a look see.
Its only six screws underneath to get the top one off and then you can see what is/is not happening

Don't you just need to test the turbo on another platform. You could do a simple test on something like BigRingVR (for free). If it works correctly on that it should eliminate the hardware as being the problem. If it doesn't work properly then the turbo is probably knackered. Or am I missing something?

I may have to resort to that.

That's a good suggestion thanks. I think it most likely it is the turbo, but I'll defo try it on another platform to prove it either way. Maybe not using it in 5 or 6 months has had an adverse effect on it.
