@AAAC 76C I did see the previous posts about changing AV - I still just use the in-built Microsoft one, and this kind of problem is not that common for me - but I might look to change it as you suggest

indians used to use smoke signals that were quite effective !My trainers still not changing resistance. I've contacted bkool through their contact page. Anyone got a better way of talking to them? It's still in warranty so hopefully it gets sorted one way or the other...
