Too much local anesthetic again last night and there was me wanting to give S11 a good bashing.
Never mind I might have to take some R&O and watch the last climb of the Vuelta instead in order to raise my enthusiasm.

AAAC , I do hope you are talking about that half glass of red wine and not some other local medication

Pay no attention Paul, the bar tape is perfect ending so the is enough room to mount a front light on one side and a bell on the other.

I agree about the bars. Shame the discounted frameset with bars and post is over £2k but pretty top of range. And I do have everything else to fit. Canyon given my 174cm height have me in a small rather than a medium which is a bit disconcerting...

Paul, what size did you get and err, what are your measurements? Height and inseam

I should just get the caad12 and be done with it for a few years.

Nice! Just looks like a rocket ship! Surely you've got at least one mid-life crisis bike in you Bob!

Just sat down to look at my bkool Angliru session stats on my garmin (I record nearly all my sessions on my edge or fenix due to previous loss of data due to bsim crashes). new PB for a 20 minute power 212w. This is from the vectors not bkool :wahhey:. I seriously lost it after about an hour though. Gears didn't go low enough for me to spin (wrong bike on the trainer) I had to grind @70 cadence most of the way xx(.

I am glad I had a go at this, but am realistic enough to know that I got flattered by the time and speed on bkool

OK I've been holding on to this since Tuesday, when I did some investigation. The tit for tat time swaps on Wednesday and Thursday only solidified the point. Assuming no really outlandish things happening tomorrow.

I have a Question.

Will Sky risk a TdF win by Froome, or whomever is in the best form at that time, to do what only 2 riders have done previously, by getting Froome to race the Giro to win and hold all 3 grand Tours concurrently?

Bonus points to the first person, without doing a search on the internet, who can name the other 2 riders.
