Cheers for that Breedon. I haven't looked at Zwift but what you have to say here would put me off. I do like the variety of Bkool ans would soon get bored of a circuit rammed with cyclists who mean nothing to my ride... that make sense?

I hope Bkool get their act together, I shudder everytime they update.... one step forward two back.. It does look like they've fixed my Garmin real-world uploads .. it worked today..
I understand perfectly jim
Give Zwift a try you might like it i like to go on it if i dont know what i want to do on bkool so it does fill a void but once I've done a lap thats it for me.

Great ride from you too Paul. To be fair I probably didn't do my share at the front in the second half as I was struggling, but looks like it helped me at the end. Your ghost and DP's still came past me though and made it stick. Moved up a few places though

I almost joined in but a call came from the Kitchen so I had to shower quick and get ready for grub.
I think that blimming climbing stage didn't save or I didn't save it correctly.
Never mind it will look better in the result the less attempts there are.

I was back on the trainer to night and did stages 9 and 10.
Stage 9 i found incredible tough going probably because I've been sat down for 4 days and not being able to do much else and diazapam flowing through my veins , stage 10 felt a lot better and done a reasonable time but my back was starting to play up slightly near the end.
Going to get the other stages done that I've missed then start to improve my times on the other stages.

My wifes sister lived in London a few years ago (her husband is still a huge Arsenal fan)...how about that?
Well that makes you virtually a cockney!! I'm sure that would be enough for British Cycling (Froome's Kenyan after all!)

Zwift!
Wow Bob, I hadn't realised all the races everyday, with all the data collated, You get different leagues for age or ability?

Calm down Andy:rolleyes:^_^
You get different categories-A through D - and different Cat races and as you say all that data! Means you might race C but get bumped to B whether you like it or not depending on your watts per kilo. It's all part of trying to make it as transparent as possible given variables in trainer set up and possible weight doping including - at top end of racing- possible need to link Strava real life rides too so can view any obvious performance differences. The PAC sub 2 and other groups are setting up women only and veteran and masters races so catching the Mamil in all of us^_^
I did my first group ride tonight And it was great fun. Just need a similar group of odds and sods like you lot to ride with and take the P out of afterwards.

Don't know about British cycling but it works for me.
Welcome to the team LB.

You might have to change your name though.
I was trying to think of something British that started with Lar and came up with Larry.
Larger came to mind first but then I realised that I can't spell as its Lager.
Given that Larger may be offensive and Lager probably means store in Danish
Larry it is.
Your be pleased to know that Larry comes from Laurence which means 'Laurel crowned' which is very Olympian like.

Edit: What do you know, that is what Lars means so you are really just a Danish Larry anyway.
