I have used it in races when the course was too varying and I couldn't get a rythmn, so selected a power level and just held that. I don't know if its an advantage or disadvantage regarding speed, but can be useful for smoothing peaks and troughs, Actually does it cancel out 'dead stops'?
Interesting point on dead stops - may have to experiment at some point. Having said that, I like the riding to be as realistic as possible personally so I'm not sure it appeals to me anyway but I will have to give it a go just out of curiosity!

sHello Team Cyclechat.
I know AAAC posted my idea about BKOOL NATIONS CUP and I will just do a followup.

I am afraid that the whole setup can be misunderstood. I don't expect that GB and Spain make the big setup with press, cyclestore-event and so. That part was just ment to be an idea if you wanted to do something extraordinary.

Basically you just need to find 5 strong guys who wants to ride 3 sessions from their own home and have fun with that.

One of the reason why I contact you is that you have a lot of strong guys, who are doing very well in the worldwide Bkool leagues. There are livesessions and leagues all the time, but it never happens that all the best join a livesession at the same time and that's what I want to do. The worlds strongest bkoolers competing face-to-face, including the possibility of tactics and teamwork.

Unfortunally I wrote the wrong date in my email to AAAC. The correct date is saturday 25th february.

This is where the event is right now:
* Bkool in Spain want to help with national jerseys for the avatars and advertising at Facebook
* Pep Tatché is working on collecting a spanish team. They will do the basic setup with participating from each riders home.
* The Danish setup is ready

I really hope you want to join this event with a strong team.

Any questions or comments, please write to JSK@LAGKAGEHUSET.DK

Best regards

Hi Jacob - thanks for posting that info. I think it sounds like a great fun idea.

How did you go about picking your Danish team? We can obviously pick 5 guys from our regular leagues who want to be involved but I'm sure there must be other fast guys out there we don't know about as they don't take part in our leagues?
